The parent company of Cornerstones was formed in 1976 was A. P. Electric, and later changed to Pratt Electric in 1982, originally offering electrical contracting for new construction projects, Fire Damage, and Salt Lake Redevelopment Projects. In February of 2002 the focus for Cornerstones Services, Inc. shifted towards that of a full service provider, offereing electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, energy management, and Security and Surveillance products and servicers for residential commercial, and industrial customers.
